Acton Man Arrested on Motor Vehicle Charges, Warrant
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on May 15 resulted in the arrest of a local man.
At about 3:47 a.m., officers pulled over a motorist on Main Street.
After an investigation was completed, Seth A. Janczak, with a given address of C Great Road, was arrested and charged with:

- Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
- Number plate violation.
The investigation also showed Janczak had a warrant out for his arrest from Littleton. The reason for the warrant was not given.
