Acton Man Faces Assault and Battery Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A call from a female resident on Hosmer Street to the Acton Police Department on April 24 resulted in the arrest of a local man.
Officers were dispatched to 71 Hosmer St., Apt. 21, at about 5:15 a.m. after a wife at the residence asked for her husband to be removed following an argument.
After responding officers arrived and completed an investigation, Ralph A. Moulaison, 52, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
