Acton Woman, Wisconsin Man Arrested on Warrants

A call to the Acton Police Department on April 27 regarding a disturbance at 285 Arlington Street resulted in the arrest of two people.

Officers were dispatched just before 11:30 a.m. after receiving a report of a male subject causing a disturbance.

After officers arrived and completed an investigation, two people were placed under arrest for having outstanding warrants. They were:

• Shannon M. Schmidt, 31, 285 Arlington St., Acton;
• Christopher Shawn Cote, 34, of 1719 LaCrescent St, Apt. 149, LaCrosse, Wisc.

The arresting officers were Ana Dapkas and James R. Goodemote.

The nature of the warrants was not given.
