Gunshots Heard, Breaking and Entering, and More From the Acton Police Log
The following information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

The following was reported by the Acton Police Department on May 16:
- Officers responded to Sudbury Road for a report of gunshots in the area of the Concord Police Department. The area was checked but nothing was found.
- A person reported being bitten by her own dog on May 13. Report was faxed from Emerson Hospital. Report was forwarded to the dog officer.
- A manager of a Great Road business filed a breaking and entering report.
- An officer was notified of a young child walking along Great Road. Responding officer checked the area, spoke with the reporting couple, but found nothing.
- An officer was dispatched to Great Road for a report of a male party that fell and cut his neck. Person who fell did not speak English and walked away. Responding officer was unable to locate the person.
- An officer responded to Q Nails on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a suspicious person. A man walked into the salon and was talking "nonsense." He passed out his card and received a pedicure. He reportedly was drinking beer out of a coffee mug. Person was wearing a "Got Milk" T-shirt and passing out cards. Responding officer spoke with the person and deemed him sober. There were no further issues.
