Man Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing Woman at Concordian Motel
Alleged domestic occurred early Wednesday morning at the motel off Route 2 in Acton.

An early morning stabbing led to the arrest of a man staying at the Concordian Motel in Acton.
The call came in at 2:56 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, according to the Acton Police Department, and officers responded to a report of the stabbing at the motel, located at 71 Hosmer St.
Upon arrival, officers found a woman with knife wounds to her chest, but she refused medical treatment. Her injuries were not considered life-threatening, but officers determined the incident involved domestic violence, according to a press release from the Acton Police.

After an investigation officers arrested Christopher R. Cady, 39, who gave 71 Hosmer St. #7 as his address, and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon to wit: a knife. He was held at the station overnight, and brought to Concord District Court in the morning.
