• Planning Board notes: December 16, 2025 (actonexchange.org) — Acton’s Planning Board has approved updated Subdivision Rules and Regulations to implement the Habitat for All zoning, including a 60% protected resource land requirement and meadow maintenance standards. Members also continued the hearing on a proposed 150-foot cell tower behind the ABRSD Administration building to January 20, seeking more visual impact studies. Upcoming work includes MBTA Overlay affordability changes and easing rules for nonconforming lots.
