Police Log: Alarms, Accidents and Animal Complaints

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, Sept. 11

10:31 a.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation on Main Street. The alarm had been activated by a delivery person, and there were no issues at the time, according to the log entry.

2:27 p.m. – Police responded to Windsor Avenue for a lift assist.

2:49 p.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation on Arborwood Road.

4:20 p.m. – An animal complaint came in from Ledge Rock Way. The responding officer advised no one was there to speak with him, nor were there any dogs on the beach, according to the log entry.

6:01 p.m. – Police responded to a three-car accident on Massachusetts Avenue.

7:11 p.m. – An abandoned 911 call came in from Granite Road. It was confirmed as accidental.

8:17 p.m. – A Parker Street resident reported losing her iPhone in Cambridge earlier in the day. Police advised the caller to contact Cambridge PD.
