Police Log: An Employee Makes Threats, Dirt Bike Problems
The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Sept. 13
12:57 a.m. – An alarm company reported being advised of previous water damage, knocking over displays reflecting sensors at a Main Street business.
7:15 a.m. – Units responded to a Mallard Road residence for a carbon monoxide alarm, electrical problem and unidentified odor. Responders found a power strip melted to the floor and called a wiring inspector and NStar to the scene.

8:48 a.m. – Police responded to reports of a power outage following a loud “pop” sound on Newtown Road.
11:08 a.m. – Police responded to a report of an employee making threats, and claiming to have a gun in his car, on Nonset Path. The employee was given a no trespass notice and escorted off of the property, according to the log entry.

1:17 p.m. – A red Mercedes SUV was reportedly driving erratically in a parking lot on Great Road.
4:04 p.m. – Police responded to a reported larceny on Windsor Avenue.
4:18 p.m. – Possible mail theft was reported on School Street.
4:37 p.m. – Police responded to a report of motorcycles riding on town property on Laws Brook Road. The responding officers spoke with three dirt bikers, who left the area with instructions not to ride there again, according to the incident report.
8:01 p.m. – Police responded to a reported dispute between a tenant and property manager on Parker Street.
