Police Log: Ding Dong Dashers, a Found Wallet and Suspicious Activity

Monday, Sept. 30
10:31 a.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation on Davis Road, which was confirmed as accidental by workmen there.
12:25 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Great Road.

3:59 p.m. – An accidental 911 came in from Great Road. It was confirmed as accidental by the homeowner.
4:53 p.m. – A man came into the station with a wallet he found in the middle of the road on High Street.

Tuesday, Oct. 1
7:56 a.m. – An accidental 911 call came in from Main Street.
10:45 a.m. – Police responded to Forrest Road for reported suspicious activity. A resident there reported that, after midnight on Sept. 28, someone banged on her door claiming to be the Acton Police.
1:03 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on MacLeod Lane.
2:13 p.m. – Police responded to a reported customer dispute on Mass Ave.
4:10 p.m. – A suspicious motor vehicle was reported in the area of Brucewood Road. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle in question.
6:44 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a person loitering in the area of Sovereign Bank on Mass Ave. He was gone on arrival, according to the log entry.
8:24 p.m. – Police responded to Faulkner Hill Road for a resident’s report of an out-of-control son.
