Police Log: Suspicious Activity, Accidents and Lost Keys

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not include a conviction.

Wednesday, Sept. 2

4:11 a.m. – Police responded to Highland Road for a report of no water service to the area. The Water Department was notified for the water main break.

7:58 a.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident with air bag deployment on School Street.

10:18 p.m. – Police responded to a reported alarm activation on Main Street.

1:39 p.m. – Boxborough Police reported suspicious activity in the area of Mass Ave.

4:37 p.m. – A caller reported a black dog in the street, near the railroad tracks on Martin Street.

5 p.m. – A man came into the station to report putting his key ring down on the sidelines of the practice field at the high school, and 45 minutes later they were gone.

9:20 p.m. – Police responded to an alarm activation on Craig Road. It was accidental by a new employee, according to the incident report.
