2nd Annual Andover Community Service Day Seeking Volunteers

ANDOVER, MA — Andover Community Service Day is seeking volunteers and ambassadors for the second annual event in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.

The service day is coordinated with the support of Andover Public Schools, organizer Sandis Wright said.

The service projects will occur on and around Jan. 17, Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Projects are listed at apsserviceday.org/ and include:

  • Lazarus House clothing drive
  • Neighborhood cleanup day
  • Read for Seeds readathon

The organization is also seeking members of community-groups to act as ambassadors and coordinate efforts with their groups.
