Fall Hours at Bald Hill Begins Monday: The Fall hours for the Bald Hill Compost Site are: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, 12 to 4 pm; Fridays and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 1 through December 1st. 2. Bancroft Breaks Ground Oct. 4: The Andover Public Schools announced that they will be celebrating the Bancroft Elementary School groundbreaking on Oct. 4. at Bancroft School.
