An Attempted Repo and a Stolen Street Sign

The police logs for Wednesday, Feb. 9 contained several small incidents.

At 12:17 a.m. a caller reported that a repossession man was in his driveway on Knollcrest Drive. He said that the car in question is in his garage, but he has made arrangements with the bank to make a payment next week.

At 7:06 a.m. police reported that the Durham Road sign off Dascomb Road is missing. The highway department was notified.

At 11:25 a.m. a resident reported fraud on Tewksbury Street. He said that someone was using his bank account.

At 12:42 p.m. a caller reported smelling smoke in the area. She was informed that there was a at the time.

At 5:23 p.m. a caller reported two small children on a roof on North Main Street. An officer reported that the kids were not on a roof by a high snow bank.

At 10 p.m. a caller reported loud music in the area of Maple Avenue. An officer found responsible parties and told them to keep it down.
