Two connected tents will have space for more than 1,200 residents to gather safely, the two officials said. Seating and check-in will both be done with social distancing.
"Because of collaboration between the Town and the schools, we are able to hold both events safely and without regard to weather," Town Manager Andrew Flanagan and interim Superintendent Claudia Bach said.

More details on the two events be shared in coming months.
"June is customarily a time when the community – our families and neighbors – celebrate the start of summer," Flanagan and Bach said. "This June will have added importance as the onset of warmer weather and additional COVID-19 vaccinations herald a slow return to normalcy. In this environment, it is important that the community gather to honor its civic and academic traditions."
