The town is inviting the public to a solemn ceremony to mark the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks in New York, Washington DC and Pennsylvania. The ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. outside the steps to the front entrance of the Town Offices, located at 36 Bartlet Street. to the four Andover residents that lost thier lives in the Sept. 11 attacks. The plaque is now affixed near the other war memorial plaques in the inside front entrance to the town offices.
