Andover Man Tried To Secretly Shoot Video Of Niece: Police

ANDOVER, MA — Police in Barnstead, NH say an Andover man hid a micro-camera in his niece's bathroom during a visit last month. Daniel Powell, 58, of 142 Lovejoy Road in Andover, was charged with violation of privacy after the girl found the camera and told her parents, who called police.

Police also executed a search warrant at Powell's home in Andover. The computer, cell phones and other devices seized during the search are currently being examined for other evidence. powell is due back in Laconia District Court on Nov. 7.
