Andover Seeks Questions For Old Town Yard Developers

The Select Board is holding interviews and site visits this week with the two finalists to re-develop the Lewis Street site.

ANDOVER, MA — The Select Board is seeking questions from residents about the proposed redevelopment of the former Town Yard, ahead of two key meetings with the developer finalists.

The board will interview Minco Development and Procopio Companies Thursday and then conduct site visits with the two companies Saturday.

Minco and Procopio emerged as the two finalists to develop the site, with Minco ranked first and Procopio second by the Town Yard Selection Committee.

Thursday's meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at Memorial Hall Library and will constitute the "first reading" on the developer selection. A possible vote will occur at a second Memorial Hall Library meeting Nov. 17.
