Andover Seeks Resident Ideas For Capital Projects
Residents can pitch capital projects up to $10,000 for the current fiscal year.
ANDOVER, MA — Andover is asking residents to pitch capital improvement projects for the current fiscal year.
Up to $20,000 is available for individual projects costing up to $10,000, the town said.
"Have you always wanted a bench in a certain part of town?" the town asked. "Is there a traffic island you would like to spruce up?"

Other guidelines:
- "Funds must be used for a one time expense.
- Funds must be used for a municipal purpose.
- Fixtures, designs, programs, or improvements must be on town-owned land."
