Andover's 3Step Sports Leasing Office Space At 300 Brickstone Square

The youth club sports services provider will occupy 64,000 square feet on two floors of the recently refurbished 100-year-old building.

ANDOVER, MA —3Step Sports, an Andover-based company that provides services to youth club sports programs around the country, recently signed a long-term lease for office space at Brickstone Square in Andover, according to the Boston Real Estate Times.

The company will occupy 64,000 square feet on the 4th and 9th floors of the building at 300 Brickstone Square, according to those who helped arrange the deal.

"We are thrilled to welcome 3Step Sports to the building in one of the largest office leases signed in Andover so far this year," Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield told Boston Real Estate Times. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord KS Partners in the transaction.

Baldwin continued: "3Step Sports was attracted to the lively, upbeat and social atmosphere that 300 Brickstone Square provides through its top-tier tenants and high-quality amenities."

Located in downtown Andover, Brickstone Square is a four-building office campus that was built nearly 100 years ago and recently underwent extensive capital improvements. The complex now includes an on-site bistro, fitness center, game room and a new outdoor patio and courtyard.

Owners of the property also tout its proximity to area retail, dining and entertainment options and to Interstate 495 and Interstate 93, allowing direct access to Boston.

"Brickstone Square celebrates its 100th anniversary this year and the park continues to provide high-level businesses with a productive and social work environment," said Kambiz Shahbazi, principal at KS Partners. "With the addition of tenants like 3Step Sports and our commitment to lab conversions, Brickstone remains at the forefront of innovation."

3Step Sports offers a number of services that support youth club sports around the country, including: facility management, media content, apparel, travel services, video production and data and technology services.

The company works in several sports, including: baseball, basketball, combat, softball, field hockey, football, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball, according to its website.

On the website, 3Step Sports said it has created a "fully integrated sports solution platform so operators can get back to doing what they do best —impacting the next generation of athletes."
