Brasserie 28 to Present Dish at Annual Oscar Experience Boston

Brasserie 28 Chef/Owner Matthew Morello will get a taste of Hollywood on February 24th as he serves up a savory mosaic of winter mushrooms - black truffle, pinot noir pearls and petite kale salad to red carpet guests of the state's biggest Oscar party.

Selected by BostonChefs.com, Brasserie 28 is one of 17 A-list chefs serving gourmet sweet and savory selections at the Ellie Fund's 17th annual Oscar Experience Boston, a celebration to fight breast cancer and officially sanctioned by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
