Break-In Reported at Mass School of Law Offices

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.

Monday, June 11

At 5:49 a.m. a caller reported that some of the buildings on Lowell Junction Road were spray-painted with graffiti.

At 6:43 a.m. a caller reported that his green Jeep was stolen from his home on North Main Street.

At 7:09 a.m. a caller reported his motor vehicle was broken into on Railroad Street.

At 10:14 a.m. two faculty members' offices were broken into over the weekend at the on Federal Street. Staff at the school believe the break-in occurred around 3 a.m. in the morning.

At 12:53 p.m. police arrested James J. Derepentigny, 47, of 177 Mount Vernon St., Lawrence, on Greenwood Road. Derepentigny was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possessing ammunition without an FID card and possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

At 10:19 p.m. a caller reported a manhole cover missing on Gray Road.

Tuesday, June 12

At 5:53 p.m. a caller reported that two road cones were placed on her car on Prospect Road. An officer reports the cones belong to the town.

At 8:13 a.m. a caller reported that his home was broken into over the weekend on Rocky Hill Road.

At 10:11 a.m. a caller reported that someone vandalized her trees and lawn while he was away this weekend.

At 2:23 p.m. police issued a citation for texting while driving on Main Street.

At 6 p.m. a caller reported seeing a motor vehicle operator lighting a marijuana pipe at the Horn Bridge on Central Street.
