Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover has new Executive Director

WALTHAM, Mass. – October 3, 2024 - EPOCH Senior Living, a premier provider of exceptional senior living services throughout the Northeast, has announced that Amy Murray has joined Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover, MA as the new Executive Director.

Murray brings more than a decade of experience in the fields of senior living sales, management, and operations to the role. She has served in Executive Director roles at several other senior living facilities throughout New England. She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, and has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence in care, customer service, and operational success in senior living. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has a diverse background in both senior living and business development.

As the Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover, Murray will be responsible for overseeing all operations, driving business development, and leading sales and marketing strategies. She will be supervising the daily operations of the community and leading the team in carrying out the Bridges® approach to memory care, making sure residents have everything they need to enjoy comfortable, safe, and fulfilling lifestyles. Murray will also be responsible for hiring and training key staff and will work closely with residents, families, and community groups.
