Bourque was arrested in Andover last month after a crash in which his Mercedes-Benz rear-ended a Toyota minivan in a construction zone. A police report filed in court revealed that Bourque had a blood-alcohol level of 0.249, three times the legal limit.
The admission means his case can be resolved if he follows the conditions of a one-year probation. He also is losing his license for 225 days - 180 of which are for refusing a chemical test that night.
