Car ‘Keyed’ on Minuteman Road
The police logs for Monday, March 7 contained several small incidents and one arrest.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Monday, March 7
At 9:20 a.m. a caller reported that water was flowing over the roadway on High Street. An officer reported that this appeared to be a small stream that crested earlier in the day.

At 9:55 a.m. a caller reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on High Street. At least one individual was transported to Lawrence General Hospital with possible injuries.
At 10:31 a.m. a caller reported that someone had been in his vehicle looking through it on Bulfinch Drive. The incident was reported as a larceny from a motor vehicle.

At 2:32 p.m. a caller reported that a neighborhood dog chased her son down the street on Launching Road. The officer was going to follow up with the dog’s owner.
At 5:01 p.m. police arrested Raul Suruy, 31, of 40 Junuiper St., Lawrence, on North Main Street. Suruy was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle.
At 5:25 p.m. an employee on Minuteman Road said that his car was keyed while it was parked at work. The incident was recorded as vandalism to a motor vehicle.
