Commuter Rail Rider Refuses to Leave Train

Friday, Feb. 3
At 9:46 a.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported on Main Street. No injuries were reported.

At 11:32 a.m., detectives stopped two individuals on Lowell Street. Detectives summonsed one for possession of a class B substance.
At 2:03 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported her wallet missing on North Main Street. While she was still in the station, another woman came in to turn in a wallet she found, which happened to be the missing wallet.

At 6:41 p.m. a caller reported that someone tried to break into his car while it was parked in his driveway on Lowell Street.
Saturday, Feb. 4
At 9:45 a.m., a caller reported that a deer was struck on Elm Street. An officer responded and the animal was put down. A man registered with the town came and picked up the deer body.
At 1:37 p.m., an MBTA employee called police to report a man that refused to get off the train or pay on Railroad Street. The employee called back and said the man eventually got off the train. An officer reported that the man was then waiting for another train and had money.
At 1:56 p.m., police assisted the with a reported brush fire on Bannister Road.
At 5:24 p.m., a caller reported a motor vehicle that struck a traffic light on North Main Street.
At 11:25 p.m., a caller reported seeing a man punch a female in the face. Police eventually took one under arrest. Police arrested Edwin Bernabel, 30, of 800 Bulfinch Drive, Apt. 202, on Bulfinch Drive. Bernabel was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.
Sunday, Feb. 5
At 1:37 a.m., police reported vandalism to the old Marshall's building on North Main Street. Someone damaged one of the windows in the unit.
At 2:21 a.m., an officer reported that a business on North Main Street was tagged with graffiti.
At 2:34 a.m., police arrested Alexander Carrasquillo, 41, of 332 Tulip Lane, Lowell. Carrasquillo was charged with opearting under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.
At 11:25 a.m., a caller reported vandalism on Andover Country Club Lane.
At 2:45 p.m., a caller reported being bitten by a dog on Central Street. An officer filed the complaint.
At 10:30 p.m., a caller reported a group outisde that seemed intoxicated and was yelling and screaming on Colonial Drive. An officer reports that the two owners were advised to keep the noise down.
