Finance Committee Following-Up to Town Meeting

1. ConsCom: The Finance Committee meet at 6:30 p.m. tonight at the Town Offices, second floor conference room. They'll be having a follow up discussion to the conclusion of Annual Town Meeting. Check out the agenda online. 

2.Weather: Today will bring a 70 percent chance of showers with a high of 77 and tonight will bring a 60 percent chance of showers with a low of 60.

3. Searching Your Heritage on Your Phone : Memorial Hall Library, 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 22 - "Whether you're good with gadgets or not, join us, Wednesday, May 22nd at 7pm, to hear world-famous genealogist Dick Eastman (of Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter) talk about "Genealogy Apps for Mobile Phones." You'll learn a lot and be entertained!"

4.Congressman Tierney's Office Hours: Congressman John Tierney will be holding office hours at Memorial Hall Library today from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

5. Committee Members Needed: Much of the business of town government is conducted by appointed volunteers who contribute generously of their time and effort. The Town of Andover currently has approximately 31 appointed commissions, councils, and committees with members typically serving three-year terms.
