
Memorial Day weekend is expected to bring less-than-ideal weather, with rain forecast each day.

Palmer's
Located right downtown with a nice summer atmosphere, Palmer's has a variety of grilled entrees. Try their Brined, Smoked-Then-Grilled Pork Chops which come with stewed collards, jalepeno corn bread, pureed roasted pear and fennel. Or if seafood is more your style, try their Grilled Swordfish with
grilled artichoke, sweet corn succotash and sweet pepper puree. In the mood for steak? Their Filet Mignon is served with portabella mushrooms, port wine sauce, blue cheese, asparagus and mashed potatoes, and you can add lobster or shrimp to it and have some surf and turf.

Brasserie 28
Located right on Main Street, Brasserie 28 can bring an upscale style to your weekend. Try their Prime 28 burger, served with charred red onion, watercress, grain mustard and herb frites. You can add a sunny-side egg, seared foie gras, cheese or smoke-house bacon. Their Painted Hiull's Sirloin is served with truffle tater tots and red wine shallots.
Andolini's
Sure, it's mostly Italian food. But lots of Italian food is grilled. Try their Tuscan Beef Sirloin & Fries with Lemon, Rosemary & Garlic, or their Grilled Salmon with Fresh Thyme, Asparagus, & Lemon Vinaigrette. They also have Pork Chop with Hot Cherry Peppers, Sausage, & Potatoes.
On The Bone
This steakhouse offers plenty of grilled food. Their Cowboy Steak is a staggering 24 ounces! Their Porterhouse is 20 ounces. They also have seafood and smaller plates for those of you with lighter appetites.
Grassfields
An affordable landmark, Grassfields offers steaks and other grilled meats. Try the Grassfields Burger with Monterey jack cheese, applewood bacon and sauteed mushrooms and onions. Or have their marinated black angus beef steak tips or chicken breast teriyaki with rice and vegetables.
