Five Local Real Estate Businesses Using Twitter

Social media is here to stay and accounts for Twitter, Facebook, and Four Square are popping up nationwide. However, Lady Gaga and Bruce Springsteen aren’t the only ones using Twitter and other forms of social media. Many local businesses use Twitter to connect with fans, clients, customers and consumers.

Andover Patch has found that many of  those businesses are real estate agents and, therefore, has provided you with a list of five real estate Twitter accounts worth following. 1. HomesofAndover – This is the Twitter feed of Papineau Parters and provides links to Andover and real estate news.
2. Markgracy – Mark Gracy is another Andover realtor with a Twitter account and provides news about the community.
3. GregAfarian – Greg Afarian, a Realtor at VirtualMediaRealty.com and founder of Zipvo.com, has more than 2,800 followers. The Andover Tweeter posts about realty, the Patriots and other observations.
4. Lisa Johnson Sevajian, Coldwell Banker -  Lisa is a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in Andover and uses Twitter as a way for people to get to know her and her business.
5. Prudential Howe & Doherty Realtors – This local real estate office on Bartlet Street uses Twitter not only to announce property listings and discuss real estate trends but also passes around useful day-to-day tips and local deals.
