Trash Pickup Normal This Week: Opposed previously published announcements from the town, the Patriot’s Day holiday in Andover is Feb. 21 not Feb. 14. Trash pickup will be delayed one day during the week starting Feb. 21. Trash pickup will be on a normal schedule this week.

Weather: While FEMA is telling us that , the forecast isn’t terrible; if it will snow this week (30 percent chance) it will only be Monday and it may not even accumulate. Today may bring clouds and a slight chance of rain showers after 11 a.m. with a high temperature near 43 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. A slight chance of snow showers are expected after 8 p.m. but little to no accumulation is expected. A west wind may come in at gusts as high as 28 miles per hour and the low is expected around 19 degrees.
