Weather: There is a 100 percent chance of snow early tomorrow morning but should turn to rain after 9 a.m. and will only accumulate less than a half inch, according to the National Weather Service.  Wind could come by as strong as 24 miles per hour in gusts. Snow is likely before 1 a.m. late Friday night/Saturday morning. A low temperature of 19 degrees is expected and wind gusts could be has strong as 55 miles per hour.
