Virginia Cole Service Award Nominations Due Wednesday – The town is asking residents to nominate someone whose dedication to outstanding town service in a volunteer, elected or appointed role makes them worthy of the Virginia Cole Community Service Award. All nominations are due into the Town Manager’s office by Wednesday, March 30. Learn more about this award here.

Weather: Today should see more clouds with a high temperature around 41 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. The day should also be breezy with a west wind around 13 to 20 miles per hour. Tonight will continue to be cloudy but eventually will clear up with a low temperature near 27 degrees.

Free Calls to Japan: In order to help families connect, Comcast is offering free phone calls to Japan for all of their “Xfinity Voice and Business Class Voice customers,” according to the Comcast site. All charges for phone calls made to Japan from March 11 to April 10 will be removed from your bill.  See more info here.

Gas Prices: Here are some of the lowest unleaded gas prices in Andover according to motortrend.com: ,  Route 125 and Salem Street- $3.45/gallon; the – $3.47/gallon; 205 North Main Street –$3.49/gallon.
