Flying Turkey Crashes into Windshield on I-93 South in Andover

ANDOVER, MA—One I-93 driver will forever be mindful of flying turkeys on the roads, as one crashed through his windshield Tuesday afternoon.

Boston Salad distribution manager Damian Zofchak told Patch that a turkey crashed through the passenger side windshield of delivery driver Pedro Dunbar's vehicle on Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. Dunbar was driving on I-93 South in Andover on his way to Woburn. The turkey was killed in the crash, but there were no human injuries and no other vehicles were damaged during the wayward turkey incident.
