Loose Dogs and a Water Main Break
The police log for Saturday, Feb. 12 and Sunday, Feb. 13 contained one arrests and several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover police log. The log is open to the public.
Saturday, Feb. 12
At 7:24 a.m. A possible water main break was reported on River Street. The Water Department was notified.

At 9:05 a.m. two golden retrievers running through traffic were reported on Lowell Street. An officer could not locate the animals.
At 12:25 p.m. an erratic operator was reported on River Road. An officer found the motorist and decided that the operator seemed fine at this time.

At 1:31 p.m. a young female reported a theft from her house on Red Spring Road.
At 9:28 p.m. a domestic incident was reported on Harding Street.
Sunday, Feb. 13
At 2:56 a.m. a caller reported that a limo was on the side of Interestate 93 and people were running from the limo. Police reported that there was a disagreement among occupants in the limo and Yellow Cab would be picking up some of the individuals riding in the limo.
At 11:34 a.m. police arrested Sean P. Murphy, 33, of 34 South Chestnut St., Bradford, on North Main Street. Murphy was charged with violation of an abuse prevention disorder.
At 2:40 p.m. a employee reported a theft of her wallet on North Main Street.
At 4:06 p.m. police assisted the Andover Fire Department with a report that people had built a fire on the island in Field Pond.
At 9:17 a.m. Columbia Gas did an emergency repair on a gas line on Cross Street.
