Mad Maggie's to Open in Andover This Fall

North Andover-based Mad Maggie's will soon be providing their brand of homemade ice cream to the Andover community.

According to owner Steve Reppucci, Mad Maggie's will be opening an ice cream shop in the renovated Old Andover Village shopping center. He said they will be occupying a unit that abuts Main Street.

Reppucci said he is right now hoping to open the store by October 1.

He said that they are currently finalizing designs for the interior construction needed to open the store and will soon go before town permitting boards to obtain the necessary approval.

Mad Maggie's will join as the only cold dessert shops in downtown Andover. And for those with a taste for only frozen yogurt, Mad Maggie's serves 5 to 6 flavors of that as well.
