Mysterious Clothes Found in Trash on Salem Street

Monday, May 28

At 12:04 a.m. a caller reported loud music and fireworks on Center Street. Four adult males were spoken to and they said they would be done for the night.

At 12:34 a.m. police arrested James Shaw, 51, of 424 Andover St., Lawrence, on Center Street. Shaw was charged with disorderly conduct.

At 1:42 a.m. an officer reported more chalk writing at the front of the high school building on Shawsheen Road.

At 2 a.m. police arrested James M. Minahan, 18, 270 Andover St., on Bradley Road. Minahan was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor and disorderly conduct.

At 8:27 a.m. a caller reported a coyote walking up the road on Holt Road.

At 6:15 p.m. police arrested Michael Jackson, 44, of 170 Washington St., Apt 506, Haverhill, on Iroquois Avenue. Jackson was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Tuesday, May 29

At 2:32 p.m. a caller reported a red Infinity racing up and down the road and leaving skid marks on newly paved pavement on Tanglewood Way. The individual was eventually stopped and spoken to.

At 4:09 p.m. a Salem Street caller reported finding clothes in her outside trash can that were not her's. Citing a TV crime show, the caller said that she is concerned the clothes might belong to someone involved with a crime. An officer reported that there was nothing of interest in the trash can. The homeowner left the clothes in the can.

At 10:49 p.m. a caller reported that someone just shot a BB through their window on Flint Circle. An officer filed the incident report.
