N.H. Residents Charged with Possession of Narcotics, Taser

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Wednesday, Feb. 20

At 6:42 a.m. a hit and run was reported on Enmore Street.

At 8:55 a.m. a social worker was requesting a well being check for a student who wrote a disturbing post on facebook. 

At 10:26 a.m. a parking employee reported a three-car crash on Main Street. One vehicle fled the scene, which was a black SUV with a female driver wearing a pink coat.

At 1:40 p.m. a caller reported that her mailbox was vandalized on Abbot Bridge Road.  

At 2:45 p.m. police arrested Nicole M Fahey, 29, of 33 Elm St., Apt. 3, Newmarket, N.H., on River Road. Fahey was charged with possession of a class A substance and possession of class B substance. 

At 3:11 p.m. police arrested Arthur Henry Pudims, Jr., 35, of 33 Elm St., Apt. 3, Newmarket, N.H., on River Road. Pudims was charged with possession of a class A substance, possession of a class B substance, possession of an electric shock gun, carrying a dangerous weapon (two counts).

At 11:22 p.m. police arrested Ester G. Dossantos, 46, of 194 Middlesex Ave., Lowell, on Elm Street. Dossantos was charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. 

Thursday, Feb. 21

At 8:23 a.m. a caller reports three kids ice skating on the frozen pond behind Doctors Park and was worried that it might be hazardous. An officer spoke with the kids and gave them advice. 

At 9:29 a.m. an employee reports a disgruntled employee that has been at their office for over an hour and was yelling. He was told to leave but would not. He was served with a no trespass order. 

At 11:34 a.m. a caller reported that she returned home on Lowell Street and found an open window in the basement. 

At 1 p.m. a caller reported a two-car accident involving a pedestrian on Bartlet Street. Injuries were reported. 

At 5:51 p.m. a caller reported that someone hit her car in a parking lot on South Main Street and then drove off. An officer files a hit and run incident.
