Different places tend to add their own touch to the classic burger. For example, Grassfields has their "Grassfields Burger" topped with Monterey jack cheese, applewood bacon, sauteed mushrooms and onions. Dylan's has their classic "Bacon Cheeseburger" topped with cheddar cheese and hickory smoked bacon. The Chateau allows you to build your own burger with a coice of American, provolone, Swiss, mozzarella, aged Vermont cheddar, crumbled Blue Cheese, pepper Jack, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, roasted peppers, onions and avocado.

And Brasserie 28 has their "Prime 28 Burger" topped with charred red onion, watercress, grain mustard, herb frites with options for sunny-side egg, seared foie gras, any type of cheese and smoke-house bacon.
