Neighbor Provides Unwanted Weed Whacking

Sunday, July 1

At 1:09 p.m. a caller reported that his neighbor keeps coming over onto his lawn and weed whacking all of his plants on Rattlesnake Hlil Road.

At 2:34 p.m. police arrested Stanislav M. Nestorov, 21, of 285 Mass Ave. Apt. 16, Arlington, on Main Street. Nestorov was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a number plate violation and a lights violations.

At 3:48 p.m. firefighters responded to a brush fire on Andover Street.

At 7:04 p.m. a caller reported a manhole cover on Lupine Road that was off its base. A public works employee responded to the incident.

At 10:09 p.m. a caller reported loud fireworks being set off in the area of Rattlesnake Hill Road.

Saturday, June 30

At 12:20 a.m. police arrested Ian T. Adams, 18, of 9 Flint Circle, on Union Street. Adams was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

At 12:33 a.m. police arrested Theodore P. Pineault, 19, of 15 County Road, on Union Street. Pineault was charged with possession of liquor as a minor.

At 9:12 a.m. a caller reported a bird that was stuck in her fireplace on Wescott Road. 

At 2:55 p.m. stolen property was reported on Lowell Street.

At 8:14 p.m. a caller on Morton Street said that there were kids hitting golf balls near him. An officer checked the area with negative results.

Friday, June 29

At 10:32 a.m. a town employee reported street signs that were knocked down on Central Street. The Public Works Department was notified.

At 4:10 p.m. police arrested Manuel A. Lopez, 37, 22 Shirley Ave., Revere, on Dascomb Road. Lopez was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an equipment violation. 

At 4:51 p.m. a caller reported an accident in the parking lot on Haverhill Street. No injuries were reported.
