Well, there it is: The end of your college career.

You’ve passed the finals, suffered through the late-night papers and crossed the stage to pick up that all-important diploma.

Now what?

For those of you graduating this December, the good news is that you’re entering the job market with a smaller group of graduates than your friends who graduate in the more-traditional spring season.
