New Thai Restaurant to Open This Week
The new Thai restaurant on Post Office Avenue should be opening in Andover in the next few days.
New restaurant serving Thai cuisine One Thong Chai should be opening in downtown Andover after going to the Board of Selectmen for their liquor license this week.
One Thong Chai, owned by Methuen resident Apple Tomamichel, is filling the spot on Post Office Avenue, once occupied by My Brother's Pizza Place.
According to their website, One Thong Chai should be opening this coming Friday after obtaining their liquor license Monday evening from the Board of Selectmen.

Learning to cook from her grandmother, Tomamichel has included recipes handed down in her menu. She said she serves healthy homemade food, with a lot of vegetables. “We use fresh herbs, and my customers are impressed with that,” she explained.
The hours will be Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-9pm, Friday, Saturday, 11:30am -10pm and Sunday, noon-9 pm.

There is a website for information and menus for their Fitchburg location, the first One Thong Chai location with Andover being the second.
