No Serious Injuries in Rollover on Rt. 28

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.
Friday, Jan. 27
- At 12:33 a.m. a one-car accident was reported on Harold Parker Road. A car had hit a tree but no injuries were reported.
- At 10:28 a.m. police stopped a vehicle in the parking lot. One individual was summonsed for distribution of a class D substance.
- At 2:17 p.m. identity fraud was reported on Starr Avenue.
- At 4:11 p.m. a caller reported that her purse was stolen on North Main Street.

- At 12:14 a.m. a caller reported vehicles drag racing on Interstate 495. State police were notified.
- At 12:30 a.m. police arrested Austin J. Miller, 20, of 94 Baldwin Lane, on Fox Hill Road. Miller was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
- At 3:01 a.m. police arrested Winn E. Broughton, III, 22, of 1725 Salem St., North Andover, on Union Street. Broughton was charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.
Sunday, Jan. 29
- At 12:37 a.m. a caller reported that a vehicle just drove across his lawn on Avery Lane. No lawn damage was visible.
- At 11:52 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on River Road. No injuries were reported.
- At 3:48 p.m. a caller reported a hit and run in the parking lot.
- At 6:31 p.m. a caller on Lowell Street reported a man trying to break into a garage window. The suspect fled when he noticed that he was spotted. The caller attempted to follow but lost the suspect. Police searched the area with negative results.
Monday, Jan. 30

- At 8:15 a.m. police reported a rollover car accident on South Main Street. The vehicle had slid off the roadway, down an embankment and flipped upside down. One individual was transported to the hospital but no serious injuries were reported.
- At 5:58 a.m. a caller reported that his vehicle was broken into overnight on Bulfinch Drive.
- At 6:08 a.m. an officer reported finding a car that was broken into on Bulfinch Drive while investigating the previous break-in at the apartment complex.
- At 7:58 a.m. a caller reported a two-car accident on Route 125. No injuries were reported.
- At 2:37 p.m. police arrested Ronald L. Fournier, Jr., 37, of 1960 Lakeview Ave., on Dascomb Road. Fournier was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a revoked registration and an uninsured motor vehicle.
- At 4:32 p.m. a caller reported that her motor vehicle was vandalized at some point overnight on Bulfinch Drive.
