One Vehicle Stolen, Another Recovered
The Tuesday, Feb. 15, police logs contained one arrest and several small incidents.

Tuesday, Feb. 15
At 7:21 a.m. a caller reported that there was smoke in a basement on Gray Road. An officer stated that there was no fire, but it appears that the smoke came from a boiler.
At 7:55 a.m. a Bullfinch Drive resident reported that her car was stolen overnight. The car, a 1998 Honda Civic, was filed as stolen.

At 10:16 a.m. Lowell Police informed Andover Police that they had recovered a car that was stolen from Andover. They recovered the vehicle on 437 Merrimack St., in Lowell. The stereo and tailgate were missing and the windshield was cracked. The owner claimed that there was a plow and sander on the vehicle. Both items were not on the vehicle.
At 10:52 a.m. a motorist reported that she was involved in a car crash on Interstate 93 northbound. No injuries were reported.

At 2:49 p.m. a female caller reported that her cell phone was stolen at on Monday.
At 4:02 p.m. police arrested Raul Suruy Charvac, 31, 42 Juniper St., Lawrence, on North Main Street. Charvac was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer and an unregistered motor vehicle.
At 5:13 p.m. a two-car motor vehicle accident was reported on Dascomb Road.
At 5:31 p.m. a caller from Old River Road reported that someone broke into his vehicle in the last hour. A computer was stolen.
