Peeping Man Reported on Dale Street

Saturday, Dec. 24
- At 7:49 p.m. a two-car crash was reported on Frontage Road. No injuries were reported.
- At 8:52 p.m. a burglar alarm was reported on Andover Country Club Lane. The alarm activation was accidental.
- At 11:59 p.m. an erratic operator was reported on Interstate 93.

- At 9:53 a.m. a wooden pallet was reported in the middle of the road on Route 125 near the State Police Barracks. The pallet was moved shortly after.
- At 7:25 p.m. an erratic operator was reported on Lowell Street near the IRS building.
Monday, Dec. 26
- At 10:33 a.m. a caller reported that her car was broken into overnight and her GPS was stolen on Pheasant Run.
- At 11:35 a.m. a possible water main break was reported on River Road. The Water Department was notified.
- At 7:23 p.m. a single car crash was reported on Osgood Street. No injuries were reported.
- At 8:26 p.m. CVS reported that a man ran out the front of the store with two $40 electronic toys. His vehicle was described as a small station wagon.
- At 8:58 p.m. police arrested Justin D. Pelletier, 20, on 34 Linwood Ave., North Reading, on Pomeroy Road. Pelletier was charged with trespassing.

- At 1:35 a.m. a tractor trailer unit was reported stuck under the Horn Bridge on Andover Street. An officer assisted the vehicle.
- At 8:21 a.m. a caller reported that the windows in his car were smashed overnight on Timothy Drive.
- At 11:31 a.m. a caller reported a man peeking into her sliding glass door on Dale Street. She also witnessed the man looking into motor vehicles in the parking lot.
- At 4:38 p.m. the state police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on River Road. No injuries were reported.
- At 11:44 p.m. power outages were reported on Sagamore Drive. National Grid was notified and responded that power will be back in under two hours.
