Thursday, Jan. 5
- At 9:46 a.m. a theft was reported on Railroad Street.
- At 3:59 p.m. a caller reported that several driveway markers were stolen from her property on Lakeside Circle.
- At 6:13 p.m. a caller reported being in an accident on Central Street. No injuries were reported.

- At 3:55 p.m. a political activist reported that someone ripped up one of his signs and then drove off on Main Street. The activist was picketing outside the old post office building on Main Street.
- At 5:54 p.m. state police reported a brush fire on Corbett Street.
- At 11:42 p.m. a walk-in visitor to the police station reported that he was assaulted at work on Lowell Street.
Saturday, Jan. 7
- At 10:38 a.m. a caller reported water coming out of the rear of his neighbor’s house and said he has not seen the neighbor in months. The Andover Fire Department was able to gain access to the home and turn off the water.
- At 10:39 a.m. police arrested Daniel J. Provitola, 28, of 6 Capes Trail, West Barnstable, on River Road. Provitola was charged with resisting arrest.

- At 1:49 a.m. police report that a mattress and dishwasher was dumped near a trash barrel on Harold Parker Road. MassHighway was notified.
- At 2:55 a.m. a noise complaint was reported on Lowell Street.
- At 10:45 a.m. a caller reported a loose donkey on Lowell Street.
- At 11:35 a.m. vandalism was reported on West Parish Drive. A caller reported that rocks were thrown through his garage window.
- At 2:33 p.m. wild turkeys were reported in the roadway on High Plain Road.
