Police Arrest Four Over the Weekend

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.
Friday, Sept. 7
At 7:22 a.m. a caller reported a 31-year-old man who cut his fingers with a table saw on Park Street. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration was notified and responded.

At 7:29 a.m. a caller reported a two-car accident with no injuries on School Street.
At 8:03 a.m. a caller reported kids that were placing fishing wire across the roadway when cars drive by on Sunset Rock Road.

At 9:01 a.m. a walk-in visitor to the police station reported that a former neighbor is stalking him on Rattlesnake Hill Road.
At 10:18 a.m. a caller reported a dead turkey in their front yard on Regency Ridge Road.
At 4:34 p.m. a caller reported a mailbox post in the middle of the roadway on Osgood Street.
Saturday, Sept. 8
At 1:40 a.m. police arrested Michael P. Szwaja, 22, of 111 Longview Road, New Bedford, on Fox Hill Road. Szwaja was charged with trespassing.
At 2:10 a.m. police arrested Nathaniel A Duarte-Souto, 22, of 3 Morgan Terrace, New Bedford, on Fox Hill Road. Duarte-Souto was charged wtih possession of pepper spray without an FID card and possession of a dangerous weapon on school grounds (a knife).
At 3:36 a.m. police arrested Brian Ross, 21, of 3 Mount Auburn St., Lawrence, on River Road. Ross was charged with a marked lanes violation, not having a license in possession, speeding, operating under the influence of liquor and posssession of a false RMV document.
At 11:30 a.m. a caller reported a turtle causing road traffic on Greenwood Road.
At 1:17 p.m. a caller reported that kids were throwing beer cans and bottles on his property last night on Cheever Circle. An officer spoke with some of the individuals invovled.
At 8:42 p.m. police arrested Vincent Z. Romano, 17, of 30 Sargent St., North Andover, on Bartlet Street. Romano was charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (a knife) and three counts of threatening to commit a crime.
