Police Arrest Six This Past Weekend
The following information was supplied by the Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.
Friday, March 23
At 7:51 a.m. police arrested Gerardo Duarte Fuentes, 33, 68 Cresent, Quincy, on Route 125. Fuentes was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

At 12:05 p.m. trash in roadway was reported on Route 125 near Wildwood Road.
At 4:38 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Route 125. No injuries were reported.

At 7:33 p.m. a caller reported that someone cut his lock on his locker at the on Lowell Street.
At 10:13 p.m. a caller reported a possibly intoxicated teenager on Bartlet Street. The the young man was taken home by the parent of a friend.
Saturday, March 24
At 2:30 a.m. police arrested Amanda Boudreau, 22, 18 Hingston St., Apt. 2, Peabody. Boudreau was charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
At 3:19 a.m. police arrested Robert A. Caraccio, 30, of 24 Marion St., Methuen, on North Main Street. Caraccio was charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.
At 10:57 a.m. credit card fraud was reported on Bateson Drive.
At 12:06 p.m. police arrested John Anketell, 51, 40 Phillips St., Salem, on Main Street. Anketell was charged with operating after a suspended license, a revoked registration, an uninsured motor vehicle and an inspection sticker violation.
At 7:06 p.m. police arrested Samuel J. Dowden, 17, 42 Bannister Road, on Central Street. Dowden was charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Sunday, March 25
At 7:08 a.m. a caller reported a street sign that was stolen on Algonquin Avenue. The sign was then thrown on the caller's property.
At 11:49 a.m. police arrested Luis M. Carpio, 23, of 65 Hawley St., Lawrence, on North Main Street. Carpio was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
