Police Charge Five with Drug Possession, One with Distribution

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Friday, Dec. 28

At 3:47 a.m. police arrested Jennifer M. Fahey, 27, of 19 Draper Drive, Wilmington, on Frontage Road. Fahey was charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

At 2:07 p.m. police arrested Thomas A Zubricki, 41, of 10 Aquavia Road, Medford, on Lowell Street. Zubricki was charged with possession of a class B substance.

At 2:24 p.m. police arrested John D. Moore, 50, of 7 Rita Lane, Lawrence, on Lowell Street. Moore was charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute and distribution of a class B substance.

At 9:27 p.m. police arrested Richard Joseph Gagnon, Jr., 55, of 34 Sea Colony Drive, Santa Monica, Calif., on Lowell Street.

Saturday, Dec. 29

At 11:24 a.m. police arrested Stephen A. Selby, 60, of 758 Turnpike St., Canton, on Interstate 495. Selby was charged with no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

At 3:31 p.m. three individuals were arrested and charged with possession of a class A substance. Police arrested Scott R. Venezia, 32, of 4 Baniulus Road, Billerica, Theresa M Buckley, 32, of 40 Walton St., Dorchester, and Anjelica B. Bellrose, 25, of 30 Walton St., Dorchester, on Lowell Street.
