Police Chase After Speeding Mercedes

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.
Friday, Feb. 3
At 7:49 a.m. a caller reported a minor motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.

At 9:31 a.m. a caller reported finding a boat on the Merrimack River near Andover conservation land. Close by the boat, the caller said that someone had broken into a utility shack, which provided access to a gas line, and it was broken into. Police reported that the gas line was no longer in use and the shack may be abandoned.
At 12:41 p.m. police arrested Nicole A. Bistany, 3 Woodland St., Unit 12, Lawrence, on North Main Street. Bistany was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

At 10:43 p.m. a caller reported fireworks on Chandler Circle. Police did report any fireworks upon inspection.
Saturday, Feb. 12
At 1:31 a.m. police arrested Nikole Fagan, 27, of 50 Cambridge Road, Woburn, on Main Street. Fagan was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and a red light violation.
At 3:55 a.m. a female caller on Bulfinch Drive reported that her dog accidentally bit her boyfriennd in the nose. An officer filed the incident.
At 3:16 p.m. a walk-in visitor from North Main Street reported an employee stole $5,000 from a local business.
At 4:19 p.m. a possible water main leak was reported on Sleepy Hollow Lane.
At 10:15 p.m. police arrested Robert Connearney, 18, of 17 Abbott Bridge Road, on North Main Street. Connearney was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.
Sunday, Feb. 12
At 8:22 a.m. police reported a motor vehicle chase on Interstate 495. Police chased a gray Mercedes C-300 onto the highway after they caught the vehicle going speeds in excess of 75 miles per hour on Andover Street as well as driving through multiple red lights. Police chased the vehicle onto Interstate 495 northbound until the car reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour and police terminated the pursuit. A BOLO (Be On the Look Out) was put out to area law enforcement for the vehicle and both State Police and Lawrence Police were notified.
At 10:18 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident in front of a church on Elm Street.
