Road Rage Incident Between Bike and Car Reported on Essex Street

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Wednesday, Sept. 19
At 2:04 a.m. an officer reports that the West Elementary School has lost power.

At 4:10 a.m. an unattended death was reported on Brookside Drive. A caller reported a 47 year-old female that could be a possible unattended death.
At 7:55 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street. There were possible knee and head injuries involved in the crash. One car was towed from the scene.

At 12:21 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported the unauthorized use of his social security card on Dale Street.
At 1:16 p.m. a caller reported a pedestrian sign knocked over on Elm Street.
Thursday, Sept. 20
At 1:47 a.m. a caller reported hearing gunshots in the area of North Main Street.
At 7:56 a.m. a detective reports that he is out assisting federal agents serve a warrant to search William Thomas’ house on Colonial Drive. The Andover Police Department did a courtesy booking for the US Postal Investigators.
At 10:14 a.m. a caller reported that items were stolen from his home on Marion Avenue.
At 2:26 p.m. a caller reported that his bicycle was stolen on Pomeroy Road.
At 5:21 p.m. a police officer issued a verbal warning for a making an illegal U-turn on Dascomb Road.
At 5:41 p.m. a hit and run was reported on High Street. The caller reported that he heard the crash but did not witness the parked car being hit.
At 7:31 p.m. a caller reported that his upstairs window on Blueberry Hill Road was shot with a BB gun.
Friday, Sept. 21
At 8:25 a.m. a caller reported that he was just involved in an accident on Lowell Street. No injuries were reported.
At 10:54 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on North Main Street. No injuries were reported.
At 12:33 p.m. threatening emails were reported at Federal Street.
At 5:37 p.m. a caller reported a road rage incident on Essex Street. The caller was riding a bicycle and exchanged words with a driver operating a Range Rover. An officer reported no crime was committed.
