Salvatore's Restaraunt received both their liquor license and common victuallers license Monday night at the Board of Selectmen's meeting. After granting both the liquor license and victuallers license, selectmen wanted to know when the store would be opening. Peter Ackerman, who will be the manager of the restaurant, attended the meeting last night and told the board that they hope to open within the first two weeks of November. The restaurant will located in the former Rugged Bear location at 34 Park St. The Andover location will be the fifth Salvatore's Restaurant to open in the Boston area. Salvatore's operates establishments in Boston's Theatre District, Boston's Waterfront, Medford Square and Lawrence.

Salvatore's Restaraunt received both their liquor license and common victuallers license Monday night at the Board of Selectmen's meeting.

After granting both the liquor license and victuallers license, selectmen wanted to know when the store would be opening. Peter Ackerman, who will be the manager of the restaurant, attended the meeting last night and told the board that they hope to open within the first two weeks of November.

A representative from Salvatore's Restaurant said they would be opening in two months when obtaining approval from selectmen for their liquor license.
